The current TOR has problems in that the population of school aged children is far higher than was planned for. Rooms not meant to be bedrooms were converted in violation of the Condominium documents. Building permits were approved by the building department. Much better coordination and enforcement is needed to prevent this from happening again.

Free charging stations downtown (like Wegmans) would encourage small business visitation.

Need to add right to farm. Also, sustainability: one year abatement of excise tax for electric vehicle and of property for full solar.

Ok, just read the whole thing. Way too little on diversity and inclusion--this needs to be read with a goal to weave it through every goal (I could)

Last week's meeting had little time for comment for any part of the plan. In fact 150 characters here is inadequate. Do you really want public input?
